๐ผ About This Role
You'll resolve customer issues for a livestream shopping platform, ensuring buyers and sellers get the best experience. You'll work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes. This role offers flexibility to work from home or from our Dublin hub.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude
- Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, and shipments
- Become an expert in Whatnot's product and processes
- Work with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat
- Weekend availability required
- Fluent in English and French with understanding of the French market
- Experience with Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom

- Knowledge of Collectibles
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous start-up experience
