You'll resolve customer issues for a livestream shopping platform, ensuring buyers and sellers get the best experience. You'll work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes. This role offers flexibility to work from home or from our Dublin hub.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude
  • Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, and shipments
  • Become an expert in Whatnot's product and processes
  • Work with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat
  • Weekend availability required
  • Fluent in English and French with understanding of the French market
  • Experience with Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Collectibles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous start-up experience
