🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct inpatient coding audits to ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyze audit findings and recommend improvement strategies
• Provide education to coders and client teams on audit results
• Apply MS-DRG, APR-DRG, IPPS reimbursement methodologies

📋 Requirements

• Active RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, or CPC certification
• 3+ years inpatient coding and auditing experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding systems
• Understanding of MS-DRG, APR-DRG, IPPS reimbursement methods
