💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic financial partner to the CTO organization, driving end-to-end financial reporting and planning for Engineering, Product, and Tech Support teams. You will translate technical initiatives into actionable financial insights to optimize global R&D investments. This role offers high visibility with executive stakeholders in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to develop cost-optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for OpEx and headcount forecasting.
• Track and report on SaaS metrics like R&D spend efficiency and engineering productivity.
• Drive monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with variance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning software.

• Experience communicating complex financial data to non-finance technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure costs and R&D productivity metrics.
