Description

You will lead the production of high-quality audio content for League of Legends, managing a remote team of audio professionals. You'll oversee creative and technical quality, collaborate across teams, and drive audio excellence to meet player expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing sound for games or shipped multiple AAA titles
• Expertise in holistic game audio process and game engine technical implementation with Wwise
• Experience with sound design creation tools (DAW, Izotope, Waves, etc.) and techniques
• Experience setting up sound studios and audio hardware/software
• Strong communication skills in English or Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee creative and technical quality of audio content for League of Legends PC
• Collaborate across teams, regions, and disciplines to align audio goals with product initiatives
• Guide ideation, design, and implementation of sound design, voice-over, and music
• Manage remote team of audio professionals, sourcing talent and providing mentorship
• Create audio plans for new features including timelines, resource needs, and quality targets
