- Develop and implement overall sales strategy
- Manage daily operations of the sales department
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze market and competitor activities
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years of leadership experience in system integration
- Proven corporate sales track record (Enterprise, B2B, B2G)
- Deep understanding of selling IT solutions and services
- Ability to motivate and develop a sales team
