Description

You will work as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant providing home health visits in Richmond, VA. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home safely.

Requirements

• Licensed as Occupational Therapy Assistant in VA
• Graduate of accredited occupational therapy curriculum
• At least one year work experience under supervision of qualified OT
• Willing to travel in assigned territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy visits for home health clients
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Travel to client homes in assigned territory
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary health care team
• Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability
