You'll own the GTM planning system across the Americas, leading the annual cycle for territories, quotas, and coverage. Your work will directly shape scalable growth decisions by translating data into actionable recommendations for Sales and Finance leadership. This high-impact role offers ownership of planning infrastructure in a cloud-native identity security company.

  • Lead annual GTM planning cycle for territories, quotas, and coverage
  • Own in-year rebalancing and adjustments for consistency and scalability
  • Develop segmentation and coverage models aligned to growth strategy
  • Present planning recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6-8+ years experience in Sales Operations or GTM Planning in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record leading annual GTM planning cycles
  • Strong analytical skills building models and scenarios for revenue outcomes
  • Deep understanding of GTM levers (productivity, pipeline, capacity, coverage)

  • Experience with Salesforce and GTM systems implementation
  • Familiarity with capacity and headcount modeling
