Description

You will ensure manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards through inspections and data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality assurance protocols. Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and field support to enhance reliability across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field
• 5+ years experience with OEM suppliers and manufacturing of complex hardware/software
• 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical devices
• Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 regulated environment
• Working knowledge of FMEA, RCCA, APQP, PPAP, GD&T

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, and field support
• Drive Quality Management System compliance to AS9100
• Develop KPIs for product quality
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
• Support incoming material inspection and MRB activities
