Responsibilities
- Penetrate assigned accounts: new business, renewal, cross-sell, upsell
- Consult on personalized marketing best practices across channels and verticals
- Collaborate with Client Experience, Partner Sales, and Solutions Consulting teams
- Build long-term strategic plans with internal partners to maximize client success and revenue
- Forecast pipeline accurately and drive value through meetings and quarterly business reviews
