Description

You will model internal data into reusable entities, build workflows and dashboards, and drive better decision-making across Anduril. You'll act as both an individual contributor and people manager, mentoring your team and defining best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to create secure, timely, and trusted data models.

Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics/consulting with strong engineering background
• 2+ years in a lead role with autonomy and process ownership
• Experience managing a team in a dynamic environment
• Track record of leading cross-functional technical initiatives with measurable business impact
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner for end-to-end data flows, ensuring business outcomes
• Lead ontology building for a domain (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and build secure, extensible data models
• Proactively identify and solve organizational problems with data
• Become a trusted resource for leadership in running their organizations effectively
