You'll steward strategic client relationships and drive platform adoption for Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact center ecosystems. You'll blend technical leadership with client partnership to ensure measurable outcomes. This role is fully remote and focuses on delivering a high-value Managed Services experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary post-sales point of contact for technical stakeholders
  • Ensure clients adopt and gain value from Amazon Connect and AWS capabilities
  • Oversee technical execution across incidents, enhancements, and releases
  • Monitor platform usage and provide forward-looking recommendations

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Account Management or similar role supporting cloud contact centers
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Connect and AWS services
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Ability to translate client goals into actionable technical plans

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of telephony/IVR and modern CX architectures
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
