• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team
• Create buzz and customer engagement via new products and social media
• Provide leadership on operational soundness and customer-first practices
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
