You'll also support Technology hiring occasionally, leveraging competitor-focused sourcing to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite
  • Strong track record hiring across GTM functions
  • Proven sourcing skills with competitor mapping and passive outreach
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and AI tools
