You will own full-cycle hiring for GTM roles in North America, focusing on outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement. You'll also support Technology hiring occasionally, leveraging competitor-focused sourcing to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS or technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite
- Strong track record hiring across GTM functions
- Proven sourcing skills with competitor mapping and passive outreach
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and AI tools
