Description

You will oversee Connecteam's large business and enterprise customers, ensuring their sustained success by developing tailored success plans, consulting on best practices, and driving product adoption. You will analyze data to track progress, collaborate across teams, and resolve escalated issues to deliver maximum value from the Connecteam investment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B SaaS experience
  • Customer-facing experience with superb communication skills
  • Creative, high-energy, self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience helping customers deploy and see product value
  • Experience building relationships with senior business stakeholders

Responsibilities
