You'll optimize the Legal & Compliance Department's operations by standardizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage execution of Legal Department processes and SOPs.
• Develop operational metrics dashboards with the Chief Legal Officer.
• Provide paralegal support for contract intake and corporate filings.
• Lead evaluation and integration of legal technology platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal project management.
• Proven track record managing legal technology tools and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and project management skills managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Jira ticketing systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel & Sheets.
• Experience developing business reports and presentations for Leadership.
• Background in compliance policy development.
