🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop property-specific Listing Proposals and Broker Opinion of Values.
• Write compelling copy and design marketing collateral.
• Draft and prepare Offers to Purchase and other legal documents.
• Maintain listing databases and track key performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
