- Engage former customers to identify re-won opportunities
- Lead negotiations to maximize re-won monthly recurring revenue
- Accurately forecast monthly re-won revenue and mitigated churn
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities

- Sales-focused experience with retention and ROI-based value propositions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales stack tools
- Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple accounts
