💼 About This Role

You'll lead the People agenda for Agoda's North Asia Region as the sole on-site HR leader. You'll partner with Commercial teams to drive revenue growth by building high-performing, customer-focused teams and strengthening key B2B partnerships. This role offers a unique blend of strategic partnering and hands-on operational support in a dynamic, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with regional leaders on business and people strategies
• Shape and deliver a People Roadmap aligned with local priorities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives driving organizational growth
• Manage employee relations cases and ensure fair resolution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with 3-5 years in senior HRBP role
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environment
