💼 About This Role

You'll own internal and customer-facing web applications for an outdoor living company, shipping features that directly improve daily workflows for designers, sales, and installers. You'll be the first in-house developer, working hands-on to fix real problems and drive the company's technology and AI strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own internal CRM and customer-facing web applications
• Build integrations with lead sources like Google, Houzz, and Angi
• Develop dashboards for leadership decision-making
• Deploy AI-driven workflows to reduce paperwork

📋 Requirements

• Production software experience with real users
• Ability to translate non-technical needs into buildable specs
• Experience building internal tools, CRMs, or dashboards
• Proficiency in full-stack development with modern web frameworks

• Experience in home services, contractor, or remodeling industry
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
