You'll analyze medical claims and financial performance to quantify clinical program impact and inform contract negotiations with payers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze total cost of care, utilization, and quality trends
• Support financial impact modeling for value-based initiatives
• Identify cost drivers using claims, clinical, and operational data
• Produce dashboards and ad hoc analyses for leadership

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, public health, or related field
• 2+ years experience in medical economics or healthcare analytics
• SQL and Excel proficiency
• Experience with healthcare claims data (837, 835, encounter data)

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree (MPH, MHA, MS, MBA)
• Python or R skills
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or Medicaid Managed Care
