You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting to prepare the organization for its first external audit and public market entry. You'll leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and collaborate with the Chief Accounting Officer. This is a unique opportunity to impact the trajectory of a growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation.
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Oversee the external audit process for compliance.
• Leverage AI tools for research and workflow automation.

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification with Big 4 or national firm background.
• 8+ years progressive experience in technical accounting.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles.
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch.
