Requirements

• Clean and unrestricted medical license
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Significant experience as a Psychiatrist preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical medication management sessions (30 or 20 min follow-ups)
• Supervise evidence-based Nurse Practitioners at $300/APN/month (optional)
• Collaborate regularly with therapist team members on patient cases
• Attend virtual clinical team meetings
• Maintain full clinical autonomy without administrative interference
