💼 About This Role

You'll drive net-new revenue by recruiting top real estate agents to join Compass, selling our technology, marketing, and growth platform. You'll work directly with agent decision-makers, closing deals averaging $200k-$3M+ in Gross Commission Income within 30 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage top producing real estate agents
• Present Compass value proposition to prospective agents
• Negotiate and close agreements with agents and teams
• Manage sales pipeline and track Gross Commission Income

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in strategic or sales roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
