💼 About This Role

You'll join Twilio's Compliance Operations team to review messaging and voice traffic for compliance with industry rules and internal policies. You'll investigate potential violations, communicate directly with customers to guide them toward compliant solutions, and take enforcement action when needed. This analytical and communication-heavy role offers the chance to make a global impact at a remote-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review account activity and messaging behavior for signs of abuse
• Use internal tools to identify and shut down non-compliant activity
• Communicate with customers via Zendesk about policy violations
• Analyze trends and recommend long-term solutions to prevent abuse

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in fraud, abuse, or compliance in ecommerce, FinTech, or telecommunications
• 1-2 years experience working in a queue-based environment triaging tickets
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets including formulas
• Willingness to work non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays
