💼 About This Role

You'll own the data platform powering ZOE's commercial decision-making, designing high-quality data layers and feeding clean conversion signals into ad platforms. Your work will directly inform experimentation and bidding decisions, joining a team that prizes high technical velocity and sits between marketing, engineering, and data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-stack Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side) strategy and governance
• Build robust event tracking and data layer quality with front-end engineers
• Build and maintain high-quality data pipelines for marketing platforms (Meta, Google, AppsFlyer)
• Build and maintain end-to-end ELT pipeline in BigQuery and dbt

📋 Requirements

• Production experience with GTM and sGTM including data layer design and event schema
• Strong JavaScript skills for custom GTM tags, templates, and debugging
• Experience integrating Meta CAPI / Google Enhanced Conversions / server-side event APIs
• Proven experience with dbt and analytics-engineering practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mixpanel, Optimizely, or Braze
• Healthcare, D2C subscription, or regulated-industry experience
• Website experimentation literacy
