You will record scripted material, evaluate AI-generated speech for accuracy and naturalness, and provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, and pacing to improve voice models. This role directly shapes the next generation of AI voice technology.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese
• Professional voice acting, dubbing, or narration experience
• High-quality recording setup (microphone and quiet environment)
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation preferred

Responsibilities

• Record scripted Japanese speech samples
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness
• Annotate errors in pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression
• Collaborate with team to refine prompts and voice design guidelines
