💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily execution on the production floor for a high-reliability cable and harness manufacturer serving space, aerospace, and defense customers. You'll drive real-time problem-solving and ensure work flows smoothly. This hands-on role is the bridge between Planning and the floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be physically present on the production floor throughout the day.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable production coordinators and supervisors.
• Identify and remove production blockers in real time.
• Lead daily Gemba walks and drive accountability across SQDIP.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronic assembly.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Gemba practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and drive resolution quickly.
