Description

You will identify and manage asset reliability risks to maximize factory uptime, working on manufacturing equipment for Starlink. You'll drive reliability in new asset design and provide technical support to maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing, integration, reliability, or operations engineering
• Experience with equipment control systems and industrial automation
• Ability to read equipment schematics and OEM manuals
• Experience with probability and statistical tools

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and sustainability of new and modified installations
• Guide efforts for maintainability of critical equipment and systems
• Own equipment improvement plans for preventive maintenance and downtime minimization
• Define and refine asset maintenance plans using predictive and non-destructive testing
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures affecting plant operations
