Description

You will own production work order release, queue management, and execution flow within radar and RF manufacturing environments. Acting as the coordination hub between Manufacturing Engineering, Lab Supervisors, Production Leads, and Material Control, you will maintain Line of Balance tracking and ensure schedule adherence for defense programs.

Requirements

• Experience in production scheduling within radar or RF manufacturing
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems
• Strong analytical skills for schedule variance and bottleneck analysis
• Familiarity with ECO/ECN processes and configuration control
• Ability to interface cross-functionally with engineering and operations

Responsibilities

• Release and review production work orders aligned to master schedule
• Manage production queue flow and prioritize based on readiness and capacity
• Develop and maintain Line of Balance tracking
• Generate and analyze production schedule performance reports
• Coordinate kitting and material readiness with Inventory Control
