You will own and scale the People Operations lifecycle, systems, and team execution. You'll oversee systems optimization, automation, and compliance, ensuring infrastructure scales while maintaining a high-quality employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years People Operations or HR experience
• 2-3 years in people management or senior operational role
• Experience owning HRIS platforms, UKG strongly preferred
• Experience leading process automation and operational scaling

Responsibilities

• Own People Operations systems and workflows across employee lifecycle
• Drive automation and process improvements
• Translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions
• Oversee workload distribution and monitor HR intake trends
• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness
