You'll join the operations team at Binance to ensure the reliability of Pix payment systems for one of the world's largest crypto exchanges. Your core impact is maintaining transaction success rates and resolving critical incidents that affect millions of users. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor Pix transactions, availability, and operational disruptions daily
• Track operational KPIs like success rates, volumes, and complaints
• Act as Level 2 support for critical payment cases
• Coordinate incident escalations between Customer Support and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• Experience in fintech, payment operations, or digital banking
• Knowledge of Pix payment flows and financial operations
• Experience supporting operational incidents and escalations
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
