Description

You will handle inbound customer calls for Unity Software suite, assist clinical laboratories, document cases in Salesforce CRM, and manage issues to resolution. Participate in software installations and upgrades, collaborate with a team, and work on new healthcare product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related technical field OR associate's degree with 3+ years experience
  • Minimum 3 years customer service or call center experience
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to work U.S. service hours (Monday–Friday, 5 AM–4 PM PT)
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based customers preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist clinical laboratories using Unity software suite
  • Handle customer calls and resolve requests/complaints per procedures
  • Own customer relationships and promptly resolve Unity software issues
  • Log and document cases in Salesforce CRM through resolution and closure
  • Learn and master Unity software product offerings
