🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize key technology platforms for customer experience.
• Own product roadmap including prioritization and feature rollout.
• Manage survey and reputation strategies to generate actionable insights.
• Serve as primary subject matter expert for CX platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in software, operations, or multifamily services.
• Technical proficiency with CX platforms and operational systems like Yardi or RentCafe.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
