💼 About This Role

You'll maintain building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical across Allied's portfolio, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services, you'll collaborate to address planned and unplanned needs while supporting sustainability and high standards of physical quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Respond to tenant requests and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring service levels are met.
• Monitor building systems, document irregularities, and maintain logs.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in building operations or maintenance
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm system knowledge
• BES I & II or equivalent certification (e.g., SMA/SMT, 4th Class Power Engineer)
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi FM or building management systems
• Working at heights and use of booms/lifts
• CAD knowledge
