💼 About This Role

You'll join the legal department of a fast-growing European insurtech, building insurance products for innovative partners like neobanks and digital platforms. You'll see the immediate impact of your work and learn insurance law and GDPR compliance in a practical, hands-on environment. This role offers exposure to cross-border legal issues and AI-related legal challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review insurance contracts (CG, CP, notices).
• Assist with distribution agreements and partner protocols.
• Conduct legal monitoring of insurance regulations.
• Contribute to GDPR compliance for insurance products.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 in Insurance Law or Business Law.
• Basic knowledge of insurance law and contract law.
• Curiosity about GDPR and AI topics.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

• Previous internship in a legal field.
• Interest in digital insurance and tech.
• Experience with regulatory topics (LCB-FT, DDA).
