💼 About This Role

You'll lead fraud prevention product strategy for Ebury's global financial products, including fiat, crypto, and card transactions. You'll safeguard customers and assets by designing real-time controls and balancing growth vs. risk. This role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product and offers direct impact on security posture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct research on emerging fraud trends and attacker methodologies
• Own fraud controls across transactional, document, and behavioral anomalies
• Define step-up, blocking, and friction strategies based on risk signals
• Partner with Data Science teams on predictive AI models for transactions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager
• 2+ years developing Anti-Fraud products
• Domain expertise in card fraud or transfer/payment fraud
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated financial services

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
