💼 About This Role
You'll lead enterprise GTM strategy and sales enablement programs for a high-growth software company. Your work directly drives pipeline growth and deal acceleration across complex sales environments.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and operationalize enterprise GTM plays across segments and industries.
- Develop value frameworks for enterprise stakeholders like CIOs and CISOs.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity and win rates.
- Build enterprise sales tools including battlecards and objection handling guides.
📋 Requirements
- 8–12+ years in product marketing or GTM in enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures.
- Proven experience scaling repeatable GTM motions with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.

- Background in competitive strategy and positioning.
