💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise GTM strategy and sales enablement programs for a high-growth software company. Your work directly drives pipeline growth and deal acceleration across complex sales environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and operationalize enterprise GTM plays across segments and industries.
  • Develop value frameworks for enterprise stakeholders like CIOs and CISOs.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity and win rates.
  • Build enterprise sales tools including battlecards and objection handling guides.

📋 Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in product marketing or GTM in enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures.
  • Proven experience scaling repeatable GTM motions with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
