💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic finance initiatives and capital markets strategy for a high-growth autonomous manufacturing company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own capital markets strategy, debt/equity planning, and investor syndication.
• Develop financial frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Analyze cost structures, pricing, contract economics, and program profitability.
• Lead due diligence, M&A evaluation, and integration planning.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of senior finance experience in high-growth or defense/manufacturing.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting; CFA/CPA preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required (ITAR/export control).
• Proven success leading capital raises and managing investor relationships.
