• Define and manage platform program roadmaps and delivery
• Drive engineering execution across SDLC phases
• Perform functional technical analysis and design tradeoffs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align business and technical requirements

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of Engineering Program Management experience
• 5+ years in Platform, Web design, and API
• Experience managing large-scale technical initiatives on shared platforms
• Flexible, agile, and fast learner

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
