You'll lead the end-to-end S&OP process across North America, aligning commercial, product, and supply chain functions. Your core impact will be balancing demand and supply while optimizing service levels, inventory, cost, and revenue. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and improve the end-to-end NAM S&OP process and governance.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.
- Partner with Product Management to integrate product lifecycle plans.
- Lead executive S&OP governance and enterprise decision frameworks.
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience leading an S&OP or IBP process.
- Executive-level communication and decision-making skills.

- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).
