Description

You will provide white-glove IT support to all end users in the San Francisco office, including C-suite executives, while also contributing to remote support for the hybrid firm and serving as a third-level escalation point. Responsibilities range from cable management and coordinating A/V vendors to leading SaaS integration projects and improving IT security posture.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in systems, networking, or security administration with client-facing IT roles
• Growth mindset, tech-native, resourceful, optimistic and proactive attitude
• Strong general troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Critical thinking to analyze complex problems and propose solutions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership
• Aptness to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong MacOS and Windows skills
• Strong iOS skills; Android skills preferred
• Experience with SaaS tools such as Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace
• Experience with client platform engineering (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, etc.)
• Experience with networking concepts and protocols preferred
• Experience with Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and integrated A/V systems highly preferred
• Low ego, high empathy, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove customer service and troubleshoot/resolve escalated IT requests across the organization
• Design, implement, maintain, and secure all IT systems and the entire SaaS software stack
• Lead IT projects coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams
• Seek opportunities for IT automations using workflow builder tools or scripts
• Build and cultivate long-term relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Author and publish high-quality documentation and knowledge base articles
• Juggle high volume workstreams and reprioritize often
