💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandise displays.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
