💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale global billing processes for a leading intelligence company, managing the translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate billing outcomes while overseeing collections. You will drive automation and process improvements across the Order to Cash lifecycle, partnering with RevOps, Deal Desk, and Finance to ensure scalability and audit readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee global billing operations including invoice generation and validation
• Manage collections, AR aging, dispute resolution, and cash application
• Drive automation and process improvements across billing and AR workflows
• Partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, Finance, and Sales on billing execution
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing billing operations team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong Order to Cash experience
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition
• Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and tools like Coupa, Ariba
• Exposure to government portal WAAF and multi-entity environments
