💼 About This Role

You'll lead regional implementation of rapid response to recovery programs in Eastern Kentucky, coordinating with hospital leaders, EMS, and community coalitions. Your work directly supports the rollout of new EmPATH units and community paramedicine teams in rural areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support rollout of RRR pilot programs by developing communication materials.
• Nurture relationships with hospitals, CMHCs, and EMS directors through on-site engagement.
• Participate in regional coalitions and forums as RRR representative.
• Organize cross-collaboration calls among pilot sites to share lessons learned.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in community engagement or program implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and facilitate partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to track activities and synthesize community input.

• Background in behavioral health or crisis services.
• Understanding of Kentucky's behavioral health and crisis response landscape.
• Lived experience in Eastern Kentucky communities.
