You'll support US healthcare providers by managing patient intake, insurance claims, and EMR/EHR records remotely. You'll ensure HIPAA compliance and coordinate with medical professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document new patient and referral intake
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Input patient info and billing data into EMR/EHR systems
• Assist with processing insurance claims and billing inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical or pharmaceutical fields
• At least 1 year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and medical terminologies
