You'll act as a bridge between animators and technical constraints, building systems, rigs, and pipelines for high-quality movement. You'll solve skinning issues, automate workflows, and ensure seamless in-engine implementation for AAA-quality experiences. This role offers the chance to work with a multinational team of seasoned veterans on player-centric projects.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Translate gameplay requirements into functional character and prop animation workflows.
  • Ensure animation outputs align with creative vision and client expectations.
  • Develop strategies for complex animation issues and optimization.
  • Collaborate with artists and engineers for asset implementation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years as Animation Tech Artist or similar role.
  • Shipped at least one game through to release.
  • Expert knowledge of Maya or Blender.
  • Proficiency in Python, MEL, or C#.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in outsource management capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Unreal Engine AnimBPs or Unity Mecanim.
