You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development for our pop culture driven brand. You'll help run an operationally sound store while creating customer engagement through product promotion and social media. This role blends leadership with hands-on retail ops in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Promote products via social media and in-store engagement
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
• Age 18 or older
