💼 About This Role

You'll lead and expand a motion planning team, scaling best-in-class robotics motion software for warehouse automation. You'll oversee a team of engineers building algorithms for robotic arms to manipulate and unload packages quickly and safely. This role focuses on mentorship and driving motion planning from concept to production in real-world logistics environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor, manage, and grow a team of motion planning engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and set vision for motion planning.
• Align engineering direction with product roadmap.
• Ensure robust, safe robot behaviors in simulation and real robots.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in robotics software development.
• 2 years in a people management role.
• Proficient in C++ and Python.
• Experience with ROS or other robotic frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of motion planning and controls (RRT, MPC, trajectory optimization).
• Familiarity with simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim).
