Description
You will manage and grow client relationships in the B2B and ecommerce segments, driving proactive, playbook-led engagement to maximize retention and growth. You'll partner with Customer Success Managers and represent Payoneer in industry events, working with the marketing team to craft compelling value propositions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of account management, business development, or customer-facing experience
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for scaled outreach
- Proficiency with playbooks, automation tools, and trigger-based workflows
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships in B2B and ecommerce segments
- Drive proactive, playbook-driven engagement for acquisition, retention, and cross-sell
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify high-potential customers for transition
- Maintain accurate customer activity in CRM, participate in events and BTL activities
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders across multiple segments
