💼 About This Role

You'll act as the technical link between project planning and physical implementation, ensuring technical accuracy of fiber network deliverables. You'll conduct site surveys, develop fiber specifications, and monitor build processes to resolve roadblocks and manage vendor quality. This role offers the chance to directly impact internet connectivity in the Philippines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise day-to-day operations across fiber network builds
• Perform fiber layout and design using QGIS, Autocad, or similar tools
• Document and maintain as-built documentation and networked sites
• Manage team members’ daily work schedule and allocation

📋 Requirements

• Skills in any design tool (QGIS, Autocad, Visio, Mapinfo, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in telecommunications system design
• Supervisory or management experience
• Strong documentation skills using Google Suites or MS Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in relevant area
• Experience on GPON networks
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle
